Don’t Let Your Personal Data Get Hacked
On the Internet, as with real life, you can never be too careful. Your information should stay private, and on your own computer. However, through wireless internet that isnt protected, anyone can access your information. Ditto for using a public computerif you dont remember to log out of sites that require password information, then anyone can change yours, therefore locking you out of it.
Hackers begin anywhere, such as with your e-mail address. From there, they can access online account summaries and statements, and also request password reminder emails to access other sites on the web that are tied to the email.
With the craze following Google wallet, it is only a reminder to all internet users that passwords and accounts must be kept at a top level of privacy. Google wallet will include credit card numbers and other valuable information all available in one placea great theory for convenience purposes, but also very scary from a potential hacker standpoint.
Try to mix up passwords and definitely dont save them on your hard drivekeep a written paper at a seperate location if you cant remember it simply within your memory.
Remember that data hackers are a common and growing problem protect yourself!
